BEHAVIOR ROLE-MODELLING
4 days of training, 2 embeded hands-on workshops. Facilitator’s behavior is role-modelled by our Master Trainer, Jens Rottbøll.
You get the chance to observe him, reflect and ask tough questions. Then, you can emulate him – during one of the 2 workshops.
Hands-On Practice Sessions
First-hand experience on what it means to facilitate a business strategy workshop & a team workshop.
